2. About the Site
The Site gives information about Ruscane juices. You can order online through the Ruscane shop (payments by Razorpay, shipping by our courier partners), place a bulk enquiry, or order by WhatsApp, phone or email. Marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart have their own terms. Our Shipping & Delivery and Cancellation & Refund policies apply to online orders.
3. Products, prices and availability
Product details, images and prices (such as ₹50 per 200 ml bottle) are for guidance and may change without notice. The price printed on the pack, or confirmed by us when you order, applies. Availability may vary by place and time.
4. Product information, images and values*
*Product images, label pictures, descriptions and nutrition or other values shown on the Site are for reference and illustration only. They are shown in an artistic way, may be cropped, and may differ from the pack you receive, for example because of a change of recipe, batch, design or season. The label printed on your pack is always the final reference. Values may differ slightly from batch to batch.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Parigha Foods. The RUSCANE® name and logo are registered trademarks and are protected by copyright. Ruscane uses patented technology. See Copyright & Trademark for details and what you may and may not do. We grant no licence except to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, reproduce or republish Site content, the Ruscane name or logo without our written permission;
- use the Site for anything unlawful, or try to gain unauthorised access, spread malware or disrupt the Site;
- pretend to be us or suggest that you are connected with us;
- send false or misleading enquiries.
7. Reviews and community content
Posts and reviews from Instagram, Facebook and Google belong to their owners and authors, and the views are theirs. The review helper offers optional starter text only. You are responsible for anything you post, and it must reflect your own honest experience. We do not pay or reward anyone for reviews.
8. Links to other sites
We are not responsible for the content or practices of other websites that we link to.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is". Please read our Disclaimer. To the extent the law allows, Parigha Foods is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
